How do I place an order?
Ordering from Hyennck™ is quick and straightforward. Simply browse our home fragrance collection, select the items you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully placed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details and a summary of your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
